The floor goes in flat and tight, with proper transitions at the doorways and clean cuts around cabinets, vents, and corners.

Baseboard and quarter round back on, thresholds set, and the room swept and the old flooring hauled off before we leave.

Can you fix just a damaged section instead of replacing the whole floor?

Often, yes. Loose boards, squeaks, a water-damaged patch, or a few lifted planks can usually be repaired without redoing the entire room. We'll tell you honestly when a repair makes sense and when you're better off replacing.

My floor got wet and feels soft underfoot. Can you help?

Yes. We find where the water is getting in and stop it at the source, then rebuild the subfloor and lay the finished floor back down. If it's a plumbing leak under the floor, we can handle that repair too.
